TO THE WORLD

Founder Chea Hour had a dream: to create superb, fresh, delicious gelato for all to enjoy – handmade with love from the world’s finest ingredients.

In 2023 that dream came true with Mona Gelato, Chea Hour was planning to prepare all things and set up. With all our passion, the first Mona Gelato have been opened in Siem Reap, on 13th February 2024.

With the best gelato like Pistacthio, Hazelnut, Chocolate, Vanilla, Cashew and chocolate, Carbone, Raspberry, Strawberry, Blueberry, Banana, Coconut, Coconut and Lemon, Avocado, Durian, Yogurt. All our flavors in Mona Gelato are made from Italian ingredients like Rubicone, Aromitalia and Citta del Gelato and more. With our dream bring us the best smooth and healthy gelato.

All Menu are very special at Mona Gelato. You can taste premium Italian Gelato or cafe, more Gelato Frappe are very special and delicious like fruit tea or handmade bakery at Mona Gelato. 

Each delicious mouthful is handmade using simply natural ingredients and traditional Italian techniques. The only thing we add is creativity and love. 

All the gelato and Coffee, Frappe, Tea, bakery in our shops are handmade fresh each day by our gelato chefs. They are served to you at a gelato-perfect minus 12 degrees keeping inside of Gelatec gelato showwcase and Framec pozetti, so they’re impeccably soft with no brain freeze!

COFFEE

Mona Gelato serve Italian coffee bean from Camardo caffe in Campobasso, Italy. All customers can enjoy with Espresso, Capuccino, Latte art, Latte freddo cafe, Cold brew, Mocha, Macchiato, Americano, Affogato.. at Mona Gelato everyday. Coffee at Mona is very special and luxury. Coffee is sponsored by Camardo cafe in Italy, really very good and special.

FRAPPE

Mona Gelato serve Italian gelato ingredients from Rubicone, Aromitalia, Citta del Gelato, Italy. And there are many famous gelato chef supported like Antonio (CEO TADAVINA), Andrea (CEO Gelati), Angela (gelat chef Citta), Sara (Gelato chef Innova Italia), Alexandro (CEO Gelatec). We create together many gelato frappe for the customers when they visit Mona Gelato.

PASTRY

Mona Gelato serve Italian gelato ingredients from Rubicone, Aromitalia, Citta del Gelato, Italy. And there are many famous gelato chef supported like Antonio (CEO TADAVINA), Andrea (CEO Gelati), Angela (gelat chef Citta), Sara (Gelato chef Innova Italia), Alexandro (CEO Gelatec). We create together many types of pastries for the customers when they visit Mona Gelato.
